What do you mean "text content" ? A PDF is typically made of "pages"... you
can split a PDF by pages... I use PDF-Shuffler (
http://sourceforge.net/projects/pdfshuffler/) which enables split, rotate,
re-arrange, merge etc, but I don't know how you are supposed to base this
"on text content" - how is the software supposed to understand where do you
want the pages cut, if you don't tell it?
