I know this is a kind of silly answer, but what I personally use is...
OpenOffice. I put each recipe in a separate page, have headings likes
"Ingredients" and "Preparation" on each page, and what I find to be a nice
touch is to add a photo of every dish - preferably together with one of the
kids enjoying it ;-)
I then have a PDF I can use or share with people who ask me for a recipe,
and also print it and use it in the kitchen (where, as of yet, I don't
have a computer :-)).
It's not a "recipe application", but it definitely fills my needs.
Nadav.
