The handset in question is most likely the LTE version of the SGS II
[1] which has a 1.5Ghz CPU and somewhat (4.5") bigger display.
As for a good, free Hebrew keyboard, I suggest the "Perfect Keyboard
Free" (or the non-free premium version)
Its excellent multi-language support with Hebrew supported out of the
box (including a good Hebrew dictionary).
