How much to charge for sysadmin work

Hi all,

A friend has been asked to do sone sysadmin for a company who resells
Linux servers to a niche market.

Basically, they have added a PCI-E USB 3 / SATA card, but it's not
recognized. Work to include verifying card is supported under Linux,
since when, how, compiling driver or newer kernel as appropriate,
creating deployment package that reseller can use across 90 servers.
Don't know any details of the server configuration or distro so have
to do some detective work. Plus general holistic advice and support.

Any idea on an hourly or all-in rate for work of this nature?
