Please fix the country mirrors DNS entries of kernel.org

Dear Sirs,

it appears that the DNS aliases in http://www.kernel.org/mirrors/ are not
working. They should be fixed. In addition, you may also wish to list the
non-*.kernel.org hostnames of some of these sites, in case of a DNS problem.
