Well, there's this:

(originally found on the Hackers-IL wiki). Some catches:
1. It only lists projects that are predominantly Israeli. There are many
other projects that have had substantial contributions from Israelis, but
were
not predominantly contributed to by Israelis, so they were not included.
2. Perl projects are listed separately here:
http://perl.org.il/israeli-projects.html
3. As usual with such lists - it may be incomplete or out-of-date.
Suggestions
or pull requests would be welcome.
