We have quite a few of them at work. I don't know how they're called,
though. They are just a big battery with outputs to connect to a
laptop's power port, or a place to connect a USB cable.
I'll see whether we have any at work on Sunday, and if so, will look up
how they're called. I suspect they were all taken to climb the
Kilimanjaro[1], though.
