Leon Romanovsky:

     Introduction to Flash Memory

Abstract

In this lecture we will discuss flash memory. We will go through 
history, different types and physics. We will talk about current 
limitations of flash. This lecture will help us to understand, WHY we 
need new flash friendly file system.
