[OT] Troubleshooting Bezeq Int'l problems

Hi,

I've not experienced either the incomplete downloads or site blocking.

I have noticed in recent weeks that I have a lot of trouble connecting to 
remote servers via SSH on port 22.  Up until a few weeks ago, it was rock 
solid and stable.  Now, I can't connect from certain accounts on one 
machine, and other connections are unstable and prone to falling over.

Changing the remote SSH port to something non-standard completely solves 
this.  I'm not opposed to this as it's a good security tactic anyway, but 
it bothers me that I'm getting port-specific behaviour, particularly since 
we're paying for their more expensive "gamers" package.

Incoming traffic also appears to have died, though I'm not sure if I need 
to reconfigure my router.  They've updated the firmware and maybe this 
changed something.
