[Clarification] I obviously read "free" as "free as beer", despite being
aware of GNU's 30th anniversary that was acouple of weeks ago[*] - I
assume cost is still more important to 3rd world health care than
freedom to tinker with software, with all the respect undoubtably due to
the latter.
