BUG has them for 549 NIS,  You can find them slightly cheaper (10 NIS) 
using ZAP.

What I would prefer is to get one without the phone and pay 150 to 200 
NIS less, but it looks like that is not the case.
I expect this is going to be like routers. With the demand so high for 
low end wireless routers, they rapidly underpriced low end wired only 
routers.
