Winter clock issues in linux

I just checked my Mageia 3 and found that the files are from 2013c.

[solomon at shlomo1 ~]$ /usr/sbin/zdump -v Asia/Jerusalem |grep 2013

I then updated to 2013d from Cauldron (I wonder why no "production" version of 2013d). Now it looks OK.
