Q: suspend and resume a usb device from command line

i searched and could not find a solution

i need to suspend a specific usb device, and later resume it
i have no 'power/level' or 'power/pm_qos_no_power_off' under
/sys/bus/usb/devices/...

does anyone know how i can achieve this ?
