KVM + VirtualBox co-existing on same server?

Thanks.
That's the conclusion we reached too - VirtualBox would play nicely with
KVM but not the other way around.
i.e. it's possible to keep VirtualBox up all the time and insmod/rmmod kvm
as needed, but we need it the other way around.
I think that using vagrant-kvm has the best potential for us.
