ALL NGN is connected via vDSL hardware, with anything less than 15 
megabits and by request 15 megabits, in aDSL2 emulation mode. The 
emulation mode works poorly, if at all, and many people complain their 
router slows down or loses the connection in 24 to 48 hours and needs to 
be rebooted.

While they are required to provide the old support, they never tell 
people that is the problem and suggest that they upgrade their 
connection and router. If they don't it NEVER will work properly, and if 
they do, it works fine.
