Unstable is always sid, testing is indeed stretch.

As noted above the IP is in the virtualbox NAT space which you can't
reach from your machine, you might be able to reach it from a
different vm, but really the easiest way is to just change the network
type of the vm to either be bridged to your main network or to be
connected to the host machine, of course you would need to find out
what IP it was assigned assuming that the dhcp client of the running
installer is still functioning....
