running wireshark-gtk on Mageia

Yes - I did add my user is in the wireshark group but that didn't help.
As I wrote, the help screen suggests running:
setcap 'CAP_NET_RAW+eip CAP_NET_ADMIN+eip' /usr/bin/dumpcap
but that results in:
sudo: setcap: command not found
