How dynamic is the dynamic IP from ISPs ? (Bezeq Int + HOT)

Look for an ip monitor script that will notify you by mail about the 
updated ip.
BTW, I have Bezeq vdsl + Netvision + fixed ip on 100mb link (50mbs on a 
good day :) )
