Conflicting WHOIS data

I am not sure that this is the case, but on who.is, they first show you the
last data they got cached, and if a certain period of time has passed, you
can ask them to refresh the data and then you get the new response.
Maybe this is the reason.

BTW, what is the response on who.is, robtex.com or simply whois in command
line?
