Using Scribus DTP with Hebrew

Hi All,

I'd like to try translating a Linux related magazine that uses Scribus  [1]
as their DTP ( I get the original Scribus file in English).

I know this issue was addressed a few years back and I wanted to know where
things are right now with Scribus Hebrew Support...
