Hebrew file names in Libreoffice

Thanks.
I did try adding Hebrew locale but that did not help and also had an
un-expected side effect - Some programs (for example smbc) ran with
a Hebrew interface.
BTW - on my Mageia boxes, with en_US.UTF-8 Libreoffice works perfectly.
