The original files (which I deleted):
~/.config/plasma-localerc
[Formats]
LANG=en_IL

[Translations]
LANGUAGE=en_US

~/.config/plasma-locale-settings.sh
export LANG=en_IL
export LANGUAGE=en_US


The new files after logoff-login:
~/.config/plasma-localerc
[Translations]
LANGUAGE=en_US
