Local FreeCAD LoCo?

Hi Guys and Gals,

A friend of mine switched to Linux recently and he wants to use FreeCAD.

He is in his 70s and he is looking for anyone in Israel for help using
FreeCAD.

He prefers the frontal approach, rather than exchanging e-mails.

Any of you uses / knows  FreeCAD or know of someone who does?
