Upgrade Ubuntu Linux kernel

Hi,

I want to upgrade my Ubuntu Linux kernel from 3.13.0-52-generic
to 4.15.0-106-generic. How do I do it? I searched on Google and found a few
websites, but it doesn't work - I get error messages:
