I mostly depends on hardware. What camera sensor you have? What is the
camera sensor interface (USB/MIPI-CSI/parallel)? What is your target
machine? Do you need a separate driver for the camera host and sensor?
What does "supported chipset" exactly mean?
The effort to support a new camera is anywhere between a single shell
command (write USB device id to sysfs bind node), and multi K lines of
drivers code.
