[RBS] Missing Girls Coat from Stroller.

I am missing a girls coat, size 3T. plaid wool exterior, shiny blue interior, hook buttons, snaps, and broken zipper. The hood has fake greyish fur on it. 

I think it was taken from my orange double that is parked in the lobby of my building on dolev. if you have seen it, or know anything regarding its whereabouts, please call 052 546 0300. 

This is the second time something has gonen missing from my carriage. I really need it. Please reply.
