Michal Gruen teaches one of the best aerobic classes that I have ever been to!!!

Her class has unique, easy to follow steps, coordinated perfectly to great beats!

She really knows her stuff and you'll have a great time during your workout!

Definately try her classes and you will totally FEEL ENERGIZED.
