[RBS] ?Restaurant or small hall for 30-40 people for siyum after hakamat matzeva?

WeI have a friend from chul who is coming in for the hakamat matzevah for his father at Eretz Hachayim. He would like to have a seudat mitzvah and siyum afterwards here in Beit Shemesh.
Does anyone have experience with, or know of  a restaurant with either
badatz
mehadrin 
or Rav Rubin
hashgacha that can handle that size crowd?
If not, does anyone know of a caterer with access to a small hall that can do it all for a price close to a restaurant?
