Event Conference Producer:
 
We are currently seeking a highly
skilled dynamic conference producer to be responsible for the development of
timely and relevant conferences in the marketplace – The position will
encompass topic research, speaker acquisition, content development and overall event
management.

Location: Ramat Beit Shemesh A
Hours: FT American hours

RESPONSIBILITIES:
	* Conduct research and gather intelligence to determine the commercial viability and timing of a conference
	* Identify and recruit appropriate speakers for the conference
	* Spearhead speaker liaison, before and after each conference
	* Communicate key conference information to team members
	* Write promotional copy for marketing purposes
	* Research and recruit industry partners for collaborative marketing opportunities
REQUIREMENTS:
	* Excellent oral and written communication skills
	* Good research and analytical skills
	* Confidence speaking with senior company executives on a daily basis
	* Ability to manage multiple projects
	* Deadline-oriented
	* A team player and creative thinker
	* Enthusiastic and committed
	* Good negotiation and presentation skills
	* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint; internet savvy
	* Possess an understanding of business trends and a flair for research
	* Willingness to learn about a range of industry sectors and understand global trends and developments
	* Ability be think creatively and generate new topics
	* Be self driven, organized and demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills.
	* Knowledge of finance, technology or biotech industries will be an advantage
	* Minimum Degree or equivalent
	* At least 1 year experience in similar or project management capacity
