[RBS] Need Recommendation for "m'fakeach b'niya" (supervisors kablan during renovation)

We will soon be starting renovations and are nervous about dealing with the Kablan directly. We've heard many difficulties can arise in getting the Kablan to fulfill his responsibilities.

We've heard there is a service called m'fakeach b'niya (translates into building inspector but really closer to supervisor) who are experienced with building projects and will work as the home owner's agent in dealing directly with the kablan.  Their experience (and Israeli-ness) enables them to be very effective in getting the kablan to do his work properly.

If anyone has used such a service locally here in RBS or Beit Shemesh, please let me know the name of the person or company.  It would be a big help.
