the mayor says that he knows that his eviction notice to Orot Banot is
illegal, but that he "fears for his family" as he "is being
threatened".

sounds like he needs to learn how to report a crime tol the police
and he also needs to know that not everyone in the city wants him to
give in to illegal pressure
