[RBS] hosting a Simcha in Chafetz Chayim Bet Haaracha

I friend of mine is considering hosting a simcha over Shabbat in the
hotel/bet haracha in Chafetz Chayim. 

Can you give me feedback and any pointers about things that she should know?
Were you satisfied with the food and service? Were your guests accommodated
well? 
 
Have you ever used Orontours to organize a trip or a family simcha? Can you
recommend them?
