[RBS] meuhedet dentist for kids

I know kids can now get free dental care through the kupa  - how does it work with Meuhedet?  Do you just get an appt at the clinic?  Can you request a particular dentist?  Is the care good, or is this one of those things that is still worthwhile to pay private?  What sort of wait time should I expect?
