Starting Sunday after Sukkot
Exercise for any budget! Bring a mat (and light weights for additional resistance) and come on over to Palace Gardens for exercise in an air- conditioned studio.
Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
8:30 Shred with Jillian Michaels-about 20 minutes of cardio, strength training and abs intervals
9:00 Pilates-beginner workout-New York Style Pilates-about 45 minutes
Possibility for yoga with enough interest.
