Which will take place, G-d willing, on Simchat-Torah

Between 09:30 and 10:30 AM

In  Midreshet "Tiferet"

Nachal Shimshon corner of Nahar Hayerden. (There are Steps leading to
Tiferet from Nachal Dolev next to the building of the pharmacy.)
