Here's what we are looking for:
	* Must have excellent PHP & SQL programing skills
	* Good understanding of Linux
	* CLI
	* Shell scripts
	* Cron
	* Must know how to use regular expressions
	* Must know basic Apache configuration
	* Must have experience using:
	* NetBeans
	* SVN
	* MySQL
	* JS
	* jQuery
	* Must have working experience with object oriented concepts
	* Advantage if experienced in:
	* HTML5 & CSS3
	* Magento
	* Web Services
	* Mobile Web
	* Must have excellent communication, inter-personal skills and a really good sense of humor
