Is there anyway to communicate a query about the 'arnona' bill by email.

We spent hours on a problem last month and finally it was agreed that a
credit would be passed. This is not reflected on the new statement.

Doe this mean another round of the same problem. A simple electronic mail
could have the problem presented properly, the reply would be proof that the
matter is understood.

We are in the 21st century, sometimes I WONDER.
