Due to great demand, Melanie Josman is opening more core-strength
exercise-ball classes!
(Melanie is a highly trained, experienced and skilled physiotherapist
who runs small classes (up to 7 women).)
The classes are great fun - have you ever worked out on a physio
exercise ball?
You get to do your cardio workout as well as loads of core work -
all with a highly experienced PT who is guiding and ensuring that each
participant is working correctly for her body.
How can Double Bounce classes benefit you?
Core Strengthening
Your core refers to the muscles in your abdomen (stomach) and your back.
These muscles support your entire body as it moves. Using an exercise
ball works to strengthen these muscle groups and is highly beneficial.
Cardio- vascular workout
Participants work up their pulse rate safely and build fitness.
Posture Improvement
Just by effortlessly sitting on the ball you hold your body upright and
correct your posture.
Stretch and Tone
The ball provides you with the ideal way to stretch those tight muscles
which are often causing back pain and also strengthen all your muscles.
Pregnant women
Safe and effective way to exercise whilst pregnant
The best part is that all this is achieved in a fun atmosphere and in a
fun way!

Wednesday- BS -Dina's Place
Time : 20:15
