[RBS] seeking help with HP printer D1360

My HP Deskjet  D1360 stopped printing  even though I installed a new print
cartridge. The yellow light blinks continuously.

Any suggestions or recomendation to a reliable technician? I need to
continue with an end of month run quite urgently
