[RBS] Local consumer price index

I want to create BE'H a consumer price index based on prices in Bet Shemesh.
I also want to have a separate index for various other communities in
Israel. There are many community mailing lists throughout the country,
however, I don't know more than a few. 

I would appreciate if people would inform me of mailing lists in other
communities that I could contact.
