[RBS] Anyone know a "Mr. & Mrs. S. Tishman"?

I received an envelope from England to an incorrect Lachish address.

It is hard to read the addressee, but it is something like:

Mr. & Mrs. S Tishman?  Trishman? Fishman?  Frishman?

Something like that.
If you know who it is - please ask them to be in touch with me,
otherwise the envelope will go back to England.
