[RBS] ISRAELI laws regarding youngest age/weight for booster seat vs full car seat

Could someone please tell me the minimum age or weight or height of a child 
in order for him to graduate from full car seat to a booster seat (the 
simple ones with no backs to them). I only want to hear the ISRAELI MINIMUM 
REQUIREMENTS, not rules pertaining to other countries, or people's personal 
opinions regarding child travel safety!
