[RBS] police advice

okay, today we talked to a couple of undercover cops who were
wandering the dolev area
they pointed out several homes that are easy break-ins , showed which doors
and windows are practically an invitation to thieves, and said that since
the thieves that have hit RBS lately are real pros, the main deterrent is
neighbours who ask strangers what they are doing on the street.  also, it
is VITAL that we call the police if we see anyone suspicious
they pointed out that many cars are left with windows open, which is an
invitation (and probably cancels the car insurance too)
also, workers notice everything - if you have a technician, plumber, etc,
especially one  (says the cop) of "our cousins", it is more than likely
that they are looking around and taking inventory for their friends ...

in short - make sure your house is hard to get into
and
call the police on anything or anyone suspicious
