[RBS] how to be in Herzliya by 9 AM

[Rafi and Shifra Goldmeier]

Do you know how a person in RBS could possibly be in Herzliya by 9 am? 
What does he or she need to do to get there by then?

Someone needs to go to Herzliya next week on Monday and must be there 
for a 9 AM appointment. If you can tell me how that is possible (does 
someone drive regularly who would offer a ride? Best way via public 
transportation, etc), it would be much appreciated.
