Magen, the Bet Shemesh/RBS Child Protection organization, is now seeking a
Social Services & Community Programs Director.****

The position requires the following:****

 ****

**1.      **A close identification with the Mission of Magen****

**2.      **First degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology or equivalent*
***

**3.      **Training in and experience with child protection/abuse
procedures & agencies****

**4.      **Fluent to professional standards in Hebrew & English****

**5.      **Proven ability to create and implement community level
programming****

**6.      **Empathetic and able to motivate and work with a wide variety of
people, organizations & agencies.****

 ****

The position is half time with prospects for increased hours.****

Salary is according to Non-Profit Sector levels. ****
