[RBS] hall of shame

[Phil'n'Chanie Rosenfelder]

the website "t'nu ligdol b'sheket" posts
photos and information about people who have been convicted or on trial for
molestation , rape , etc.
they do not give any information about victims, and for this reason, they
do not post info about those who have committed incest

some of those on the hall of shame are now walking around freely.
i do NOT know how one adds names to the website list.
