[RBS] small claims court feedback

Erev tov.I am looking for some feedback about small claims court here in Bet Shemesh. What can one expect? How long does a typical court case go for? Are you expected to make any kind of statement to the judge? Is there anything that should/should not be done in the court to show your side of the case? Or, is it based entirely on the materials that were submitted in advance of the case?Thank you in advance.Kol tuv,Rena Siev
