[RBS] Recommendation for tinting by Yitzchak Reichenberg

[Shalom]

My initial purpose of tinting our sliding door was to reduce glare and save
on air-con which it does both.  Most recently an accident happened where
our bottom panel of glass shattered.  Instead of being a safety concern (we
have a two and five year old) the shards clung to the tint and prevented a
disaster.
