Getting Ready for School

Join other new Olim for an interactive forum about preparing yourself
and your children for the first days of school

As the new school year approaches, the excitement of the summer often
turns towards feelings of anxiety for children, as they contemplate
the challenges of being the ‘new kid’ in their school. Learn how to
arm yourselves for the challenges of the new school year, in a new
language, and in a new culture. You will leave with a greater
understanding of the rhythms of the Israeli school calendar, an
insight on what to expect in your child’s first month of school, and
so much more. As parents, you are your child’s best and most
influential advocate.

Join us for the first of four lectures partnering with Iriyat Beit Shemesh.
