[RBS] want a pool in rbs?

As many of you are aware, when Yeshivat Reishit Yerushalaim received
permission to build their yeshiva here in beit shemesh, they had to build a
municipal pool to benefit the residents (reishti does not run the pool or
see any income from it afaik) .  This is fairly common - many contractors
are expected to build parks for the town in which they build.
yesodot Tzur is about to build a project of sheltered apartments on Nahal
Dolev.
This maybe an opportunity to put pressure on the mayor to demand that the
contractor do something for the community
